Perfect location for food, transport, shopping and tourist spots, but can be cleaner and better maintained

Great location, lots of food along Liang Seh St, very close (700m) to Formula 1 entry gate (that’s why we went to Singapore and stayed here) and close to MRT station to (Bugis)

Things are broken or falling apart (toilet paper holder is literally just a piece of screw, bathroom door lock broken, table light not working, no TV signal), and quite a few ants as well, left a packet of biscuit on the table and within a couple hours the ants were having a party. Also the sofa bed had something protruding on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on that side.

The room was nice and clean. Good bathroom facilities and great location. Good walking distance to places. Not necessarily worth the money but a good stay all in all

The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable and there needed to be more lighting. Some utensils and a mirror outside the bathroom would have been nice

it is a good hotel but getting charged for the 1 hour late checkout sucks.

I liked the location of the hotel, the size of the room was good and the bathroom.

it was a little pricey for the value of service and room that you get but i guess it is mainly because of the good location. we were charged 20 or 25 SGD for checking out an hour late. it was our mistake since we thought check-out time was 12 noon. they could’ve at least given us some leeway.

Good location and clean room

Good location and nearby Bugis MRT Exit D.. nearby to bus stop as well.. walking distance to the famous Bugis Junction.. The room was comfortable and clean.. amenities were available.. the male staff was so kind to give us more free drinking water when we need to walk a lot in Singapore.. air conditioning in the room was superb.. Bed was comfy..

The female staff was sarcastical to us at first but she improves eventually.. but due to early arrival, we wanted to check in early and then we realized we were given different room than we booked with extra charged.. I don't mind with that just appreciate if I was informed on the room type change.. Fridge in the room was not working..

area was convenient place was nice however staff could be more polite.

the location is very good.

one of the female staff was very rude. my family was sitting at the lobby rest area, there is a paper stick on the wall mentioned the light will be shut down at 11.59pm (can’t really remember the timing), but didn’t mention cannot sit there after the timing. The female staff asking my family to leave with a lobby area with very bad tone which could be more polite and not be so rude. as we would understand if we should not be outside however it is our first stay and after a long time since we came to singapore ..

Great location for those attending the F1 and overall very clean, but the room felt dark and cold.

The location was amazing! We were stopping at the hotel for the Formula 1 and it was perfect! It took us around 10 mins to walk from our hotel to the circuit entrance. Super convenient.

The room itself was very clean, but very dark and almost industrial like. Our deluxe room with a window pointed out to other hotel windows, not a pretty sight! We kept the curtains shut for the duration of our stay. The bed was incredibly hard, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge at times. The TV itself didn't work very well and despite having a kettle stand and mugs, we didn't have a kettle! In addition, we would have to ask the reception desk for fresh towels and toilet paper whenever we needed them. We weren't informed at check in that the room wouldn't be cleaned every day, so we went a few days without fresh towels. It was only after a while did we think we should ask when the room would be cleaned. This was when we were told we had to request that service. On a more positive note, the fridge was very welcome and the bathroom was very spacious. The room itself was smaller than the pictures made out, but again clean and in a fantastic location if you're spending time in the heart of Singapore. Overall, it served the purpose and satisfactory for short stay, but we probably wouldn't stop again based on comfort alone, given we spent over a week here.
